1. Delivery Method

We currently do not offer shipping services. All orders placed in our store must be picked up by the customer at our collection point located at:

08970 Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona) Spain

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase and instructions for collection.

2. Pickup Timeframes

Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed.
During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, this timeframe may be slightly extended. In any case, you will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Pickup Costs

No additional costs apply for local pickup.

4. Pickup Instructions

To collect your order:

Please provide your order number and a valid ID.
Pickup hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

If you are unable to collect your order personally, someone else can do so on your behalf by presenting your order number and a copy of your ID.

5. Issues with Pickup

If you encounter any issues with your order at the time of pickup, please notify our team immediately. In the case of defective or damaged products, our return and refund policy will apply.

6. Cancellations Before Pickup
