We have been auditing all types of IT equipment for more than 10 years. This has allowed us to perfect and streamline the processes that allow us to obtain a detailed report on each piece of equipment so that our customers have the most complete information available when making decisions.

These processes also enable us to provide a more accurate repurchase offer to our customers as well as a more precise valuation.

We currently audit more than 35,000 units per year at our facilities, using the most advanced dedicated professional software on the market.

When we receive the equipment, the audit process begins:

• Receipt and unpacking of material. Whether they are picked up by us or by other transportation companies.
• Connection of the equipment to our dedicated servers with our test benches.
• Our experienced auditors perform various technical checks as well as a visual-aesthetic evaluation of the assets according to pre-established parameters.
• Any defect, malfunction and/or cosmetic damage generates a specific entry.
• At the end of the process, an evaluation report is obtained with a rating of the assets corresponding to the state of individual use, indicating, among others:

    • Missing components and/or accessories
    • Aesthetic damage
    • Device operability
