It must also be in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.<\/strong> Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional non-returnable items:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some personal care and health items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Books with obvious signs of use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Late or missing refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at comercial@pcaudit.es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sale items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returning products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you should mail it to: C\/Josep Bast\u00fas i Planas, 9 <br>08970 Sant Joan Desp\u00ed (Barcelona) Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning high-value items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
